NewtonX is seeking an SI Director / Senior Director to lead data-driven research initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will design research strategies, manage a team, and partner with sales to expand client engagements in a hybrid NYC or remote setup.

This senior leadership role requires 10+ years in market research, expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, and strong executive storytelling. MBA/MS/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in market research or strategic insights
• Designing and leading complex quantitative and qualitative studies
• Strong knowledge of survey methodologies, data analytics and statistical modeling
• Experience using data analysis tools to extract actionable insights
• Executive-level storytelling and client-facing revenue opportunities
• Experience leading and mentoring research teams
• Foundational strategic thinking to improve SI infrastructure
• Ability to drive projects independently under pressure with focus
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS/PhD preferred

Responsibilities

• Shape client strategy with data-driven insights and design custom methodologies
• Lead research design and execution across qualitative and quantitative studies
• Drive commercial growth and client relationships with sales and service teams
• Stay ahead of trends and contribute to thought leadership in B2B research
