Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Director, Strategic Industry Programs to guide industry initiatives from concept through execution. This role centers on driving revenue growth, strengthening member relationships, and delivering high-impact programs with cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, foster stakeholder partnerships, and drive industry initiatives from the ground up in a hybrid Washington, DC setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and project management with a track record of moving strategic initiatives forward.
• Strong relationship management, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with databases is preferred.
• Background in product marketing, project planning, and collaborating with technical SMEs.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide rollout of revenue-focused roadmaps that support and expand flagship industry programs.
• Streamline onboarding processes for new initiatives using existing tools and infrastructure.
• Oversee timelines, business tracking, and reporting for current and new programs.
• Develop documentation and workflows to sustain and scale programs.
• Track pipeline progress and outreach to expand program participation.
• Set weekly priorities aligning with short- and long-term strategy.
• Identify cross-department opportunities to align programs with organizational goals.
• Direct working groups, build relationships with prospective members, drive engagement.
• Coordinate content approvals between policy, communications, and membership teams.
• Prepare agendas, recap notes, and deliverables for meetings.
