Addison Group is seeking a Sr Director of Finance & Business Development to lead financial planning, modeling and strategic investments. This role partners with executive leadership to drive growth and optimize capital allocation.

The Hybrid position in Rockville, MD offers a competitive compensation of $150k-$200k with medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), and performance bonuses. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or investment analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and business case development expertise.
• Experience evaluating investments using NPV, IRR, cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for financial modeling, investment analysis, post-investment reviews, and capital expenditure reporting.
• Evaluate and support strategic growth and development opportunities across key business segments.
• Partner with senior leadership on business case development and investment committee presentations.
• Participate in negotiations with external partners and stakeholders on high-impact development initiatives.
• Oversee post-investment performance reviews and ensure key insights are incorporated into future decision-making processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including capital and operating expense planning.
• Provide oversight for project funding requests and investment authorization processes.
• Maintain visibility into the organization's development and investment pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
