Job summary

Shatterproof, Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking a Director of Corporate & Strategic Partnerships to grow corporate investment and cultivate long-term relationships with mission-aligned companies.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will own the corporate partnership lifecycle from prospecting to renewal, overseeing multi-year opportunities and collaborating with Marketing, Impact and Strategy teams to deliver value for partners and Shatterproof.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate partnerships, corporate fundraising, business development or a related field.
• Demonstrated success securing and growing significant corporate partnerships, ideally within a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
• Strong track record of building pipelines and moving prospects from identification through cultivation, solicitation and close.
• Experience managing sophisticated corporate relationships and working with senior corporate decision-makers.
• Strong proposal development, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and comfort using pipeline and revenue data to manage performance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and translate partner interests into actionable opportunities.
• Strong judgment and ability to balance revenue opportunity, partner value and mission alignment.
• Behavioral health or related mission experience a plus.
• DC area-location is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual corporate revenue goals and support sustainable, multi-year growth.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate prospects, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and closing.
• Personally cultivate and secure significant corporate partnerships, with emphasis on five-, six- and seven-figure opportunities.
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations and partnership opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead partnership negotiations and support the development of multi-year agreements.
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline, revenue forecasting and activity tracking through Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to expand corporate investment across philanthropy, sponsorship, workplace engagement and other mission-aligned opportunities.
