Shatterproof, a national nonprofit advancing addiction treatment and prevention in the United States, seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising and development strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, the CDO will build and nurture donor relationships, expand the donor base, and establish the infrastructure to increase resources and impact. A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of fundraising leadership are required; location is flexible with a Northeast preference.
