Job summary

The National MS Society seeks a Director, Corporate Partnerships to develop and manage national corporate partnerships within a regional framework, driving revenue and expanding sponsorships and cause marketing campaigns. Reporting to the AVP, this role partners with regional teams to secure sponsorships and build mission-aligned alliances.

Location: market-based across Southeast and Southwest Regions with up to 30% community time and some travel. Excellent leadership and CRM analytics required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fundraising experience with multi-market results.
• Proven ability to plan campaigns, build pipelines, and drive revenue.
• Partner with staff and volunteers to meet revenue goals.
• Lead by coaching peers and guiding leadership through portfolio management.
• Expertise in CRM data analytics and donor journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute national partnerships strategy across regions.
• Cultivate and manage regional partners to maximize revenue and engagement.
• Implement national strategy at the regional level and identify new opportunities.
• Design sponsorship packages aligned with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proposals and ensure execution.
• Track revenue and pipeline using CRM and report performance.
• Represent the org at events to raise visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Ensure high-quality stewardship and recognition for partners.
• Stay informed on CSR trends and regional market dynamics.
• Travel 30%+ for events, trainings, and regional meetings.
