Job summary

Oracle in Nashville, TN seeks a Director, Customer Experience to lead CX programs for OCI data center delivery. You will align customer requirements with site readiness, deployment, and steady-state operations, while guiding a high-performing team of program and project managers across cross-functional partners.

You will champion governance, visibility, and executive communication, ensuring reliable service delivery and customer trust in a complex, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in customer experience, service delivery, or data center operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers or senior teams.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or cloud infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience strategy, operating model, and execution standards for data center sites.
• Own the customer lifecycle from intake to design coordination, readiness, deployment, and handoff.
• Build and lead a team of customer experience program managers and execution owners.
• Establish governance for requests, escalations, audits, and executive communications.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to align commitments with delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear project plans and track to closure.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, issue logs, and executive summaries.
• Standardize onboarding, move-in readiness, and handoff documentation.
• Mentor leaders and drive continuous improvement in customer-facing processes.
