The role reports to the VP of Client Services and involves guiding renewals, pricing, and contract negotiations with major clients across healthcare settings. The Director will mentor talent, drive cross-functional collaboration, and engage senior leaders in quarterly business

Qualifications

• Required: BA/BS
• Desired: MBA
• Experience leading a client-management team in healthcare/B2B settings is preferred
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and growth of a large book of business across a team.
• Assess, train, and promote team members; align account responsibilities.
• Lead renewals strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations with clients.
• Engage with C-suite and facility leadership for reviews and optimization services.
• Oversee issue escalation and ensure timely, cross-functional resolution.
