Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Receipt Management Analyst (Planning) to drive allocation planning and execution of release targets for stores nationwide, supporting the treasure-hunt shopping experience.

The role focuses on optimizing product mix, events, and DC workloads. You will review historical data, set weekly targets, communicate strategies to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve roadblocks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Retail Math.
• Retail software experience, a plus (JDA or Other Allocation Software)
• Ability to independently analyze data sets to solve problems and summarize recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly allocation targets, develop daily goals, and/or select SKUs to achieve goals.
• Communicate strategies through Director and establish/follow processes that support target achievement.
• Independently creating solutions, provide recommendations, and elevate roadblocks to leadership including Sr. Manager and Director.
• Support events by establishing product levels, recommending/following release strategies, and ensuring adherence strategies.
