Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Director, Strategic Activation to lead strategic initiatives across the organization from planning to execution.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable growth plans and ensure governance and accountability. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in strategy or PMO leadership, with strong execution skills and an ability to influence across Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, transformation, or PMO leadership.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to results.
• Ability to influence senior executives and multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and align teams; define structures and capabilities for initiatives.
• Drive implementation plans with milestones, ownership, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and HR.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Build scalable tools and processes to ensure accountability and results.
