Job summary

Databricks Germany is seeking a Sales Director, Strategic Accounts to lead a team of Enterprise sales professionals across Logistics and Tech. You will mentor and empower them to achieve and exceed goals while expanding relationships with our most important customers.

You will hire top leaders, establish a regional growth plan within 90 days, and drive durable value through data-driven decisions, accurate forecasting, and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing Enterprise sales teams for strategic/global accounts in Germany.
• Strong track record in high-growth Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS/Tech sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the Logistics vertical and relationships with strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Hire and coach sales leaders to build a high-performing Strategic Accounts team.
• Develop regional growth and investment plan within first 90 days.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term value.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and predictable high-growth business.
• Develop understanding of Databricks' platform and roadmap to deliver durable value.
• Lead with MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and international meetings.
