Job summary

Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) seeks a Director for the Steps to Success Rochester program. You will provide visionary leadership, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure successful program design, staffing, recruitment, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee grant activities, reporting, and compliance, while collaborating with the VP of Family Prosperity to advance mission and impact across targeted communities in Rochester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in human services preferred.
• Minimum five years in the human services field with a proven record of programmatic or organizational success.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience including team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
• Experience working with diverse, vulnerable, or marginalized populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Steps to Success Rochester Mentoring Program launch and ongoing implementation.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet program objectives and recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with partner agencies, governmental entities and stakeholders to align program goals.
• Oversee grant administration, reporting, and compliance; manage program budget.
• Foster a culturally competent, client-centered service delivery model and performance improvement.
