Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Solid-State Transformer (SST) platform from concept through initial deployment.

You will partner with engineering, program management, and executives to define what to build and why, while leading customer engagement and pricing strategy. You will drive the business case, coordinate with compliance on standards, and shape the launch across DVT, factory testing, field trials, and GA.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or related field).
• 12+ years in product management or related technical field.
• Direct experience with power electronics, energy storage, or grid-connected equipment.
• Experience selling into data center, utility, or large industrial customers.
• Familiarity with UL, IEC, IEEE standards and certification processes.
• Strong business acumen and ability to defend a business case to executives.
• Cross-functional influence across engineering, program management, manufacturing, and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Experience with modular hardware product strategy and platform reuse.
• Experience with channel or technology partnerships.
• Experience with formal product requirements processes.

Responsibilities

• Own SST product strategy and roadmap from concept to deployment.
• Lead voice of customer and partner efforts, including RFQ processes and partnerships.
• Define pricing and go-to-market positioning.
• Define and prioritize modular power module and skid-level requirements.
• Align requirements with system architecture decisions.
• Own the SST business case, build-cost tracking, margins, and TCO.
• Drive certification and standards roadmap with compliance and systems engineering.
• Build and manage SST launch plan across DVT, testing, field trials, and GA.
• Mentor a small team of product managers; contribute to hiring.
• Report strategy and status to executive leadership.
