Job summary

MKTG S+E, part of the dentsu Sports International network, seeks a strategic and client-focused Director, Sponsorship Consulting in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will lead integrated sponsorship programs across women's sports, with emphasis on the WNBA, while supporting NFL initiatives.

As the primary day-to-day client lead, you will guide activation strategy, planning, and rightsholder management, mentoring teams and driving growth for the agency and its clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sponsorship consulting or related marketing fields.
• 2+ years in women's sports, preferably WNBA, with NFL sponsorship exposure.
• Experience leading high-profile sponsorship programs and client mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Lead sponsorship strategy, activation planning, and partnership management for major client relationships.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead and strategic advisor.
• Guide annual planning, evaluations, and optimization strategies.
• Manage relationships with leagues, teams, rightsholders, and agency partners.
• Lead activation concepts across experiential, content, social, and hospitality initiatives.
• Lead and mentor account teams and support employee development.
• Contribute to new business and agency growth initiatives.
