Job summary

Dental Care Alliance seeks a Director of Specialty Marketing to lead the development of growth strategies across specialty practices. You will integrate referral network development with direct-to-patient programs, digital marketing, reputation management, and local activation to drive specialty patient volume and production.

You will manage a dispersed field team, coach marketing managers, and collaborate with Operations and Clinical leaders to optimize the referral experience and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing or business development experience with provider referral development.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading field marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing planning for assigned specialty practices and service lines; tailor strategies based on referral dynamics and local economics.
• Balance provider-referral marketing with direct-to-patient programs, digital acquisition, local search, reputation, and patient education.
• Translate referral, scheduling, and revenue data into prioritized marketing recommendations and action plans.
• Design and direct referral growth strategies; strengthen relationships with referring providers and specialty leaders.
• Lead and coach Referral Marketing Managers and Field Marketers; allocate resources per staffing plan.
• Establish territory planning, referral-source prioritization, and measurable results; drive staff marketing judgment and consultative influence.
