Job summary

Dental Care Alliance seeks a Director of General Practice Marketing to lead a team of six Local Marketing Managers in delivering proactive, data-driven marketing support for ~300 general practices in Florida. You’ll translate enterprise programs into locally relevant actions, manage budgets, and drive growth through community partnerships and effective field collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with field/local/multi-location programs.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience with coaching and performance standards.
• Proven ability to influence field/operating leaders as a proactive marketing advisor.
• Strong planning, budgeting, measurement and marketing effectiveness skills.
• Experience with local marketing planning, community sponsorships, events, and campaign coordination.
• Ability to translate enterprise programs into locally relevant actions and drive results with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach six Local Marketing Managers; establish consultative guidance standards.
• Build partnerships with Field Operations Leaders and Regional Clinical Leaders.
• Establish field engagement model with reviews, commitments, campaigns, and decisions.
• Assess local demand, marketing performance, and opportunities; prioritize resources by need and ROI.
• Guide LMMs to connect marketing initiatives to qualified demand and booked appointments.
• Identify non-marketing growth constraints and partner with Operations on action plans.
• Direct budgeting, approvals, and reporting; ensure alignment with enterprise marketing.
• Coordinate deployment of enterprise initiatives to general practices with field feedback.
• Set goals, territories, and performance standards for LMMs; monitor workload across regions.
• Develop SOPs for field requests, planning, purchasing approvals, and campaigns.
