Lightwave Dental is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our specialty dental practices, including oral surgery, dental implants, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, and other specialty services. This role focuses on growing new patients and strengthening referrals across multiple markets while collaborating with doctors and practice leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience in multi-location healthcare or dental settings preferred.
• Strong digital marketing and patient/client acquisition experience.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and outside agencies.
• Strong analytical skills using performance data to guide decisions.
• Ability to build relationships with doctors, practice leaders, and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Dental/DSO experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop marketing strategies and growth plans for specialty practices and service lines.
• Manage marketing budgets and adjust spending based on performance and opportunity.
• Develop programs to increase referrals from general dentists and other providers.
• Oversee paid search, paid social, local SEO, reputation management, and other patient acquisition efforts.
• Partner with specialists on referral outreach, continuing education events, study clubs, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Work with practice teams to improve lead response, scheduling, and conversion.
• Monitor new patient volume, referral trends, cost per lead, cost per new patient, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for results.
• Meet regularly with doctors and practice leaders to review performance, understand practice needs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain the local identity of individual practices while supporting Lightwave's overall marketing standards.
