You will build and optimize an integrated specialty operations model, coordinating with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, Data &Analytics, Sales, Patient Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to align pharmacy operations with the launch strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in specialty model development/operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, and Patient Services.
• Deep knowledge of specialty operating models, medical benefit reimbursement, and site-of-care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies for the launch of a new specialty product.
• Oversee specialty distribution, hub capabilities, and pharmacy services.
• Establish governance across specialty pharmacy, distribution, HUB services, and internal stakeholders.
