Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Engineering with progressive responsibility.
• 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise with proven change management success.
• Experience growing large teams within a multi-unit, supply chain context.
• Ability to design and optimize complex, low-volume/high-complexity processes.
• Strong business acumen and track record of cost and throughput improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume manufacturing operations across all fabrication areas at the Huntsville site.
• Deliver cost-effective, high-quality operational performance for orbital vehicle development.
• Improve throughput, first-pass yield, and on-time supplier delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and share learnings across Blue Origin.
• Champion safety, first-time quality, and team development at all levels.
• Develop data-driven systems with lean principles to justify results.
