Job summary

Starwood Hotels seeks a highly motivated Director of Spa and Retail to lead a premier luxury spa team in Hawaii. You will ensure serene guest experiences, flawless on-time appointments, and attentive service that defines our world-class standard.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of luxury spa leadership, strong spa operations knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a flexible mindset to support a 24-hour operation in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality, spas and guest service with a minimum of 3 years in a luxury market.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of spa operations and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
