Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Director to design and operationalize the ICFR framework for SOX 404 readiness. You will partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and external auditors to ensure sustainable, well-documented control environments for the company’s first-year certification and ongoing governance.

You will lead scoping, risk assessment, control design, testing, and remediation efforts while providing dashboards and updates to the Audit Committee and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of COSO framework and controls design.
• Experience with financial close, consolidation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICFR scoping, risk assessment, and control design per COSO/PCAOB.
• Oversee process documentation, flowcharts, and testing across entities.
