Job summary

FedEx Freight seeks a senior IT controls expert to lead IT control testing for financial systems, mitigating IT risks and ensuring SOX compliance. You will mentor junior staff and partner with Finance and IT leadership to strengthen control environments.

Requires a Bachelor’s in IT or Accounting and at least five years in IT audit, risk, or compliance. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads control testing and risk assessments.
• Liaises between IT, Finance, and Audit teams; supports the manager in strategic initiatives.
• Performs advanced ITGC testing and documentation.
• Identifies control gaps and recommends solutions.
• Leads walkthroughs and audit preparations.
• Mentors junior analysts.
• Complies with applicable laws/regulations and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
