Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership in solutions engineering or related customer-facing technical function.
• Experience leading enterprise technical teams, including distributed teams.
• Deep knowledge of data center networking architectures and protocols.
• Experience with AI infrastructure or high-performance networking concepts preferred.
• Track record of leading proofs of concept, deployments, and escalations.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solution plans and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineers team.
• Execute the Data Center Solutions Engineering strategy and operating model.
• Own technical engagement across customers including discovery and deployment readiness.
• Guide customers through data center and AI networking decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Services.
• Establish consistent technical practices and field playbooks.
• Capture requirements and convert them into priorities for product and portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership during strategic pursuits and escalations.
• Use metrics to prioritize resources and improve team performance.
