Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a senior product executive to define and lead the product strategy for data center networking, emphasizing open networking, SONiC, AI-ready infrastructure, automation, and cloud-native customer requirements.

The role requires translating market needs into a differentiated portfolio strategy and executing a roadmap, uniting product, engineering, sales, GTM, and ecosystem teams across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management and leadership experience in data center networking or related tech.
• Proven success defining portfolio strategy and delivering products from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of open networking, SONiC or similar OS, data center fabrics, automation and ecosystems.
• Experience serving enterprise, cloud, service provider, or AI infrastructure customers.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across engineering, sales, finance and partners.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for HPE’s data center networking portfolio, including open networking and SONiC-based capabilities.
• Identify priority customer segments, use cases, and market opportunities across enterprise, cloud-native, service provider, and AI-ready data center environments.
• Translate customer, competitive, and ecosystem insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to balance innovation, quality, time to market, and commercial outcomes.
• Drive alignment across product, sales, go-to-market, finance, services, and partner organizations to deliver launches and adoption.
• Build and lead a senior product management team with clear operating mechanisms and talent development.
• Engage strategic customers and ecosystem partners to validate requirements and accelerate adoption.
