• Identify priority customer segments, use cases, and market opportunities across enterprise, cloud-native, and AI environments.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and investment priorities.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to balance innovation, quality, and time to market.
• Lead and develop a senior product management team with accountable operating mechanisms.
• Engage strategic customers and ecosystem partners to validate requirements and drive adoption.
• Define business objectives and success metrics; adjust strategy based on signals.
• Represent the portfolio to executives and in external industry forums.
