Job summary

Optimizely seeks a Director, Solution Architecture to lead the Solution Architecture team, blending deep technical knowledge with sales and customer success. You will collaborate with product and technical groups to demonstrate how Optimizely solutions meet client needs and drive success.

The role focuses on shaping strategy, directing budgets and schedules, and mentoring managers and senior ICs to ensure high impact across global offices.

Introduction

As Director, Solution Architecture you will lead Optimizely's Solution Architecture team full of employees energetic, outgoing, and passionate about technology. The Solution Architecture team combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success. The Solution Architect team supports support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight the many ways Optimizely solutions meet customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge and Experience

Has unique knowledge in their field of expertise

Manages complex issues that require an in-depth knowledge of the company, industry and / or function

Applies broad knowledge of all areas within function. Interacts regularly with executives on strategic issues that impact the overall business

Influences senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization

Demonstrates ability to seamlessly adjust from detailed to strategic view

Education

Master's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience. Computer Science background preffered.

Total Target Compensation range: $210,000-$358,000
