You will set technical strategy, direct vendors, and guide modernization of legacy systems while enabling emerging platforms and AI-assisted development. The role emphasizes systems thinking, regulatory considerations, and delivering reliable, secure software across aviation maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in application development, software engineering, integration, or software support.
• 5+ years leading developers or technical teams with strategy and delegation.
• Strong foundation in C#/.NET and building custom business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of developers, analysts, and technical contributors for mission-critical software.
• Set technical strategy for .NET, Power Apps, and custom app delivery.
• Direct vendors, manage statements of work, and ensure delivery quality and value.
• Establish intake processes, standards, and tooling to improve delivery and security.
• Provide hands-on leadership during outages and complex design decisions.
