Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Director of Software Technical Product Management for the BioInsight Platform Commercialization in the United States. You will own the commercial product strategy that turns platform capability into revenue, manage pricing and packaging, and enable field readiness for platform deals.

You will collaborate with Global Software & Informatics Sales, Finance, Support, and Marketing to optimize commercial outcomes across trials, trials-to-paid conversions, and customer adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 12+ years in product management, product-led growth, or commercial leadership for B2B/enterprise software.
• Pricing, packaging, or monetization ownership for a platform or multi-product portfolio.
• Experience with complex multi-product enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own BioInsight Platform commercialization end-to-end including tenancy, IAM, entitlements, usage metering, billing, pricing and packaging.
• Lead and coach a team of product managers; drive field readiness and enablement for platform deals.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing to align commercial models and tooling (SAP, SFDC).
• Define GTM for major platform releases, messaging, sales plays, and training.
• Drive growth metrics: trial conversion, attach rate, platform ARR, time-to-value, and expansion.
