Job summary

Element Biosciences Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Product Management for Software and Multiomics Data Partnerships. You will own the software and bioinformatics tools roadmap, partner with R&D, and guide data strategy, licensing, and platform partnerships. This onsite role in San Diego reports to the SVP of Product Strategy.

Ideal candidates have life sciences fluency, End-to-end product ownership, and the ability to engage in executive-level data strategy and business model conversations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in life sciences or bioinformatics.
• Experience owning software or data products end-to-end.
• Ability to translate business goals into product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software and bioinformatics tools.
• Align R&D teams and external users to a shared multiomics vision.
• Prioritize features using VOC, usage data, and business impact.
• Collaborate with researchers, bioinformaticians, and engineers to understand workflows and data needs.
• Represent Element in pharma/biotech/AI partnerships about data licensing and platform models.
• Drive successful product launches, training, and customer adoption.
