Job summary

Submittable is a leading software platform helping mission-driven organizations manage grants and funding. We seek an experienced chief legal leader to guide privacy, contracts, IP, and governance as we scale.

You will build and mentor a legal team, partner with Sales, Finance and People, negotiate customer contracts, and advise on data privacy and security with a pragmatic, business-minded approach. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape policy, drive risk controls, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• You must hold a J.D. and be an active bar member.
• 8+ years of legal experience, including SaaS in-house experience.
• Deep expertise in privacy, IP, and governance with a business mindset.
