Qualifications

• 8+ years of production experience in marketing/advertising/mediagencies.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong social-first capabilities with creator content and premium campaigns.
• Experience overseeing staffing, permits, scheduling, logistics at a high-level agency.
• Proficiency with project management and production tools.
• Experience managing budgets from small to large scales.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
• Ability to move between projects without sacrificing quality or communication.
• Solid understanding of brand industries and client alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and teams on large-scale digital media initiatives, including social media projects.
• Manage teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Oversee scope of work and budget, resource allocation, through execution.
• Stay current with trends in social media, organic, paid, creator, UGC, and influencer campaigns.
• Manage timelines, scheduling, shoots, and workflows.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to drive project success.
• Negotiate with vendors and external agencies.
• Oversee production quality from pre-production to final delivery.
