LG Electronics seeks a visionary Director of Business Development & Sales to lead Smart Factory Solutions globally. You will define the long-term commercial strategy, build a top-tier sales organization, and drive multi-year revenue growth across industries including Heavy Industry, Automotive, Battery, Pharmaceutical, and F&B.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in business development and solution sales in Smart Factory or advanced manufacturing
- 5+ years in leadership/management roles with track record of leading sales teams and $100M+ targets
- Extensive experience selling into Heavy Industry, Automotive, Battery, Pharmaceutical, F&B, and related sectors
Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategy for Smart Factory solutions
- Lead the sales organization, governance, and forecasting
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close multi-million deals
- Develop executive relationships with C-level clients and ecosystem partners
- Mentor and develop a world-class BD team and enablement culture
