Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Director, Slate Operations for the Slate Development Group in the US, remote or hybrid in Culver City. You will oversee end‑to‑end program management, cadence, and day‑to‑day support for the Game Board and leadership while guiding the Game Development Framework from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with game teams, finance, strategy, and corporate development to drive an efficient operating model, own a capstone project, and ensure alignment across the slate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Experience in program/project management across tech and consumer sectors.
• Understanding of game development processes and publishing models.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational point of contact for in‑development games and the GDF cadence.
• Deliver operational excellence and shape service models and priorities.
• Drive cross‑slate operating model reuse and efficiency.
• Organize inputs and trade‑offs to enable alignment for decisions.
• Own a capstone project such as evolving the GDF or launch readiness.
• Track progress, surface budget, staffing and dependency status for leadership.
