Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Director, Slate Operations to join the Slate Development Group in the US, remotely or in Culver City on a flexible hybrid model. You will own end-to-end operations for the slate, ensuring cadence, process, and cross-functional alignment with game teams and central partners.

You will lead program management for the Game Development Framework, drive the operating model across slates, support launch readiness, and work with senior leaders across finance, strategy, and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus — or the equivalent in experience.
• 10+ years in program/project management across tech and direct-to-consumer businesses, with at least 5 years in games.
• You understand how games get made and sold—development, publishing, platforms, and business models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for the slate, ensuring cadence and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive the Game Development Framework (GDF) program management for smooth concept-to-launch transitions.
• Shape the operating model across slates and reuse proven processes.
• Keep stakeholders aligned by organizing inputs, assumptions, and trade-offs early.
• Own a capstone project and drive it end to end depending on need (evolving GDF, launch readiness, or central partnerships).
• Provide operational support across marketing, strategy, finance, and legal to enable launches.
