Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional frontend initiatives to improve performance, scalability, resiliency, and developer productivity.
• Design, maintain, and evolve core frontend modules—WebSocket infra, boot process, Redux/React layers, logging, and alerting systems.
• Drive key architectural decisions to adapt frontend infra to evolving product needs.
• Identify and resolve communication and alignment challenges across teams and stakeholders.
• Represent and advocate for frontend technical strategy at an organizational level.
