Ladders is seeking a Director, Skills & Marketplace Ecosystem to guide the enterprise approach to skills, career mobility, and talent architecture across a complex healthcare environment. This remote role shapes governance and experiences for a scalable talent ecosystem.

You will collaborate with HR Technology and analytics teams to align capabilities with evolving business needs, while managing external partners and driving workforce transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading talent, skills, or career development initiatives.
• Knowledge of skills-based talent strategies and workforce transformation.
• Experience with HRIS, talent marketplace, or workforce planning platforms.
• Strong program leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with Workday and/or Phenom is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Skills & Marketplace Ecosystem to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader will shape the enterprise approach to skills, career mobility, and talent architecture across a complex healthcare environment. The role will connect HR Technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to build a scalable framework that supports workforce transformation and development pathways. It is a highly visible opportunity to influence how skills-based talent practices are designed, governed, and operationalized across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic program leadership, HR expertise, and experience with talent marketplace platforms to help align capabilities with evolving business needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,100 – $186,560 annually
