Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is hiring for a coaching/management role in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The position involves establishing program structure, directing the budget, and building a skilled team through training and performance coaching.

Minimum five years coaching experience with supervisory responsibilities and knowledge of USSA procedures are required; a college degree is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong opportunities in a renowned ski-resort environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
• Three+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Knowledge of USSA, Western Region and related procedures.
• USSCA National certification or equivalent is desirable.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Establish program structure, philosophy, and direction.
• Design and control budget for the program.
• Design staff templates and hire/train personnel; observe and evaluate performance.
• Guide staff to improve performance and achieve goals.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred. Minimum five years’ coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred. Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role. Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures USSCA National certification or equivalent

Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
