Job summary

Stevanato Group is seeking a Director of Site Infrastructure and Facilities in Fishers, IN. You will lead Asset Management, Maintenance, Capital Projects, and Engineering Services to ensure reliable, compliant site infrastructure and utilities.

The role includes leading a new cleanroom build and driving reliability and growth across manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a builder with energy to develop people, strengthen capability, and execute strategic projects aligned

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience, specifically within hospitals or manufacturing.
• Value engineering to identify cost-effective, compliant solutions.
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets and cost control across programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site asset management strategy and long term lifecycle plans.
• Improve reliability, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness through preventive, predictive, and reliability centered programs.
• Lead site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure operations.
• Oversee new building projects, including cleanroom construction, with minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage full project lifecycles: requirements, design, installation, validation, commissioning, rollout.
• Plan, assign, monitor, and resolve issues with preventive and corrective actions.
• Deliver standardization across pharma and plastic plants to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with authorities for building-related regulations and certifications.
