Job summary

Stevanato Group seeks a Director of Site Infrastructure and Facilities in Fishers, IN to provide strategic leadership over Facilities, Maintenance, Asset Management, CAPEX/OPEX, and Engineering Services. The role drives reliability, compliance, and growth, leading a cleanroom expansion and major plant projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical cleanroom design and technical review.
• Experience with ISO 8/7/5 cleanroom design and GMP requirements.
• Proven ability to manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Portfolio of managing complex infrastructure and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management strategies and lifecycle plans.
• Lead site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure operations and upgrades.
• Oversee new building projects including cleanroom construction and revamps.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize project economics, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, QA, and Operations to align strategy.
