Metropolitan Ministries, inc. in Tampa, FL, seeks a seasoned leader to direct the Community Life Advisor (CLA) program and residential operations in Hillsborough County.

You will supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, sanctuary-aligned services, and uphold safety and high-quality care for residents. You will collaborate across teams to develop policies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while supporting resident stability and housing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required.
• 3-5 years leadership/supervisory experience required; experience with 24-hour operations preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Life Advisor (CLA) program and residential operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop residential staff.
• Ensure services align with Sanctuary Model and organizational policies.
• Monitor safety, occupancy, and incident response in collaboration with other departments.
• Track KPIs, program outcomes, and compliance; drive improvements.
