Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years leading shared service or similar finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shared services functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Direct preparation of timely management reports and audit support documentation.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and ERP optimization initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and metrics to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and growth.
