Job summary

iEnet is seeking a Director of Service Delivery to own the services organization—engineering, PM, and program management—and the revenue stream from PO through delivery, invoicing and revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role, deep enough to engage with engineers and customers, yet senior enough to speak for the business when the CEO isn't in the room.

You will build and lead the services culture, hire and develop the team, and run operations as a program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role involving project execution, customer relationships, budgets and technical delivery.
• Proven experience leading delivery or operations in a fast-growing organization scaling from $5M to $20M+.
• Deep technical knowledge of networking, industrial or critical infrastructure solutions with engineers and customers.
• Strong project management in complex, project-driven environments.
• Commanding customer presence and service mindset with executive-level credibility.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, margins and P&L experience.
• Willingness to be in the field: job sites, kickoffs, customer offices.
• Sales-minded operator; operations as a lever for revenue and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, program management, and engineering with a focus on protecting and growing margins.
• Stay engaged across every project, attending kickoffs and visiting customer job sites to support relationships.
• Own team structure and hiring, building the operations team needed for growth in a non-compartmentalized environment.
• Run delivery programmatically with cross-functional reviews including PM, engineering, sales and fulfillment.
• Lead and develop the operations organization with clear roles between program-level stewardship and project execution.
• Manage the operational budget with accountability for margin, cost efficiency and revenue realization.
• Partner with finance on forecasting, resource planning and investments; report metrics to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, customer experience and margin.
• Introduce tools and workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate commercial decision making.
