Phenom is seeking a Director of Security & Trust Enablement to build and scale services that connect security capabilities with customers and internal teams. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience delivering security services with measurable outcomes
• Ability to translate security concepts into business value
• Familiarity with AI-enabled security workflows
• Excellent communication skills

Aufgaben

• Define, build, and operate a Security & Trust Enablement model with catalog, SLAs, and outcomes
• Identify and implement AI across service delivery
• Streamline questionnaires, RFPs, and assurance activities with AI
• Develop self-service experiences for Sales, Ops, Product, and IT
• Support development of security, privacy, and compliance capabilities
• Balance customer needs, risk, speed, and priorities
• Implement AI, automation, or workflow tooling to improve security and trust
• Lead customer security reviews, audits, and assurance meetings
• Manage security service delivery processes and KPIs
• Provide enablement, training, and documentation for security champions
• Operate in a high-growth SaaS/AI environment and build new capabilities
