Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure and achieve customer satisfaction targets and business outcomes.
• Establish relationships with customer decision makers (CISOs, Directors, Managers).
• Lead education of sales teams and customers about CDW Security practice services.
• Conduct loyalty meetings with top services customers in collaboration with account teams.
• Build relationships with internal customers and vendor partners; drive alignment and governance.
