Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Director of Security Programs to lead enterprise security initiatives across data centers, ensuring compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to safeguard people, property, and information.

You will manage budgets, oversee security technology, risk assessments, and training programs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to protect critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive security leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level physical security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the operations and effectiveness of the company’s security program.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management on security, crisis management, business integrity and other matters.
• Develop and maintains effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agencies.
