Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of the AI SOC platform powering MDR/MXDR, managed network, and cloud security services. You will drive AI-assisted detection, triage, and response at scale, with extensibility for MSSPs to onboard quickly and operate multi-tenant deployments.

You will define partner-facing APIs, integration roadmaps, and a data-source strategy across EDR, cloud, and network telemetry, while keeping a tight focus on

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in MSS/MSSP, MDR/MXDR, EDR, SIEM, or SOC automation products.
• Experience shipping AI/ML- or automation-driven capabilities and measuring impact on analyst workload and cost-to-serve.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evangelize the roadmap for the AI SOC platform underpinning MDR/MXDR and related services.
• Drive down analyst touches per alert and false positives through automation and workflows.
• Define multi-tenant extensibility and partner onboarding capabilities.
• Own API surface including detections, telemetry, and billing with clear documentation.
• Build data-source roadmap across EDR, identity, cloud, email, and network telemetry.
• Manage MSSP-scale network and cloud security roadmaps and packaging.
• Present strategy and roadmaps to sales teams, customers, and partners.
• Track competition and maintain differentiators in positioning and pricing.
