Job summary

ProMedica in Monroe is seeking a Director of Security Management to lead security operations across its campuses, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors. You will organize response efforts and coordinate protective systems.

You will develop security policies, manage access control, and supervise a team while presenting employee safety sessions during orientation and coordinating with risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 5 years in security management.
• Experience with access control, video monitoring, and visitor management.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with risk management policy driving criteria.
• IAHSS Supervisor Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across ProMedica campuses.
• Develop and maintain protective and preventive security systems.
• Coordinate visitor control and access procedures.
• Develop and present employee safety sessions at new employee orientation.
