Job summary

ProMedica's Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Director, Security Management to oversee security operations across ProMedica campuses and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors. You will coordinate visitor control and access procedures and lead the protective security program at multiple sites.

You will also develop and present employee safety sessions during new employee orientations, shaping security policy and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Working knowledge of access control, video monitoring, visitor management and parking operations.
• 5 years management experience in the security field.
• Valid Driver’s License and compliance with driving criteria in risk management policy 125.43.
• I.A.H.S.S. Supervisor Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across ProMedica campuses and facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and maintain a protective and preventive security system.
• Coordinate visitor control and access procedures.
