Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a senior leader in safety, security, and preparedness to drive system-wide security strategy across the health system, protecting patients, visitors, team members, physicians, and operations in Toledo and across locations.

This high-visibility role leads threat response programs, risk assessment efforts, and collaboration with law enforcement and executive leadership to implement innovative, compliant security solutions that support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or criminal justice or related field.
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in healthcare, higher education, or security; or a leadership position in law enforcement.
• Experience managing a police department and/or security services for the enterprise.
• Master's degree in business or criminal justice preferred.
