Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Director of Security Management to oversee security operations across multiple ProMedica campuses, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors. You will organize and coordinate centralized security activities and develop protective security programs.

You will plan and maintain visitor control and access procedures, and deliver employee safety sessions during new employee orientations, while guiding a team of security professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Working knowledge of access control, video monitoring, visitor management and parking operations.
• 5 years of management experience in security.
• Valid Driver’s License and compliance with driving criteria in risk management policy 125.43.
• IAHSS Supervisor Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Job Summary:

As the Director, Security Management, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors at ProMedica by organizing and coordinating Security operations at various ProMedica campuses.
